Manea Events provides Polynesian entertainment, Hawaiian catering, and related event services. All bookings are subject to a separate written contract or invoice that governs the specific terms of your event, including payment schedules, cancellation policies, and service scope.

Submission of a proposal request, contact form, or online booking inquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed upon execution of a written agreement and receipt of the required deposit.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of Manea Events or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Site without our prior written permission.

5. User-Submitted Content

If you submit content to the Site (such as testimonials, reviews, or event photos), you grant Manea Events a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and display such content in any media. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. MANEA EVENTS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MANEA EVENTS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO MANEA EVENTS IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Manea Events and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. Manea Events has no control over the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
