Event Services with a team

 Our Luau event services are built around micro-management teams—small, focused crews where each leader owns a specific responsibility, so nothing gets missed and we can respond instantly to any on-site situation. For entertainment, we assign a Stage Manager and Backstage Manager to manage performer flow, safety, and quick changes, while a Show Director cues timelines and transitions; our Sound Engineer reports directly to the Stage Manager to keep music, microphones, and show moments perfectly synced. On the design side, our Event Designer leads the overall luau look and feel, then delegates to dedicated leads for props, florals, and rentals—from tiki décor and lounge layouts to specialty pieces that complete the island atmosphere. For food service, a Catering Manager coordinates all catering and event staff to keep buffet timing, replenishment, guest flow, and presentation running smoothly. This micro-team approach is how we deliver a polished, high-energy luau experience with top-tier quality, fast communication, and calm control, even when the event is busy and the pace is fast. 

Customized Luau Entertainment

 Our Luau entertainment is fully customizable and designed to match your guest count, venue, timeline, and budget—whether you want a simple island welcome or a full-scale show. We offer Polynesian dancers representing Hawaii, Tahiti, Samoa, and New Zealand; high-energy drumming and interactive moments; and show-stopping fire options including Fire Knife, Fire Poi, Fire Fans, Fire Hula Hoop, plus specialty acts like fire eating/breathing/contact for an extended finale. You can also add a lei greeting, roaming performers (including roaming tikis), an MC, and live music options such as a Hawaiian musician or a full live band, as well as a DJ to keep the party moving before and after the show. From elegant and cultural to bold and high-impact, we build the entertainment package around the exact vibe you want—so your luau feels seamless, exciting, and unforgettable. 

Compliance

 Compliance and safety are built into every event we produce so clients can book with confidence. We carry $8 million in liability coverage and maintain the appropriate insurance for our operations (including catering, entertainment, vehicles, and fire performers). For any fire elements, we ensure performers have the required licenses/permits, active fire insurance, and professional safety equipment, and we follow strict protocols for fuel handling, performance zones, and venue coordination. Our team also works with your venue on access, load-in/load-out, and any site rules to keep the event running smoothly and responsibly. From a polished luau experience to large-scale corporate productions, we prioritize professionalism, documentation, and on-site safety oversight to protect your guests, your venue, and your organization. 

Vendor Management

 Our Vendor Management services keep every moving part organized from load-in to breakdown, so your event stays on schedule and stress-free. We assign a dedicated team to coordinate vendor arrivals, loading, staging, and setup, including managing timelines for access through venue logistics such as the freight elevator, dock, or service corridors. Each vendor is guided through a clear setup window and placement plan so décor, rentals, AV, catering, and entertainment install in the right order without bottlenecks. To ensure real-time responsiveness, our crew uses modern walkie-talkie communication technology and coordinated channels so leads can instantly relay updates, solve issues, and adjust on the fly—keeping your luau experience running smoothly, polished, and on time. 

Branding Placement

 We can weave your branding into the luau experience in a way that feels premium, intentional, and photo-ready—without looking “salesy.” Branding can be integrated through custom products and décor (branded leis, signage, step-and-repeat/photo backdrops, table cards, drink/menu displays), and through rentals and lounge environments using coordinated colors, pillows, linens, and layout design that match your brand standards. For high-impact visibility, we can feature your messaging on giant LCD / LED screen walls with looping logos, welcome slides, sponsor reels, and themed motion graphics. Branding can also be built into the entertainment moments—custom MC callouts, branded show cues on screens, coordinated costume color accents when appropriate, and interactive photo moments with roaming characters and performers.
